Can I top up my FasterPay account with different currencies?

Yes. FasterPay is a global e-wallet which allows you to top up your account using multiple currencies from your different bank accounts.

I purchased credits from a merchant and I have not received any?

If you purchased your credits under 24 hours ago, please check your account as there might be a slight delay. If still after 24 hours you have not received the credits, please contact the merchant or email support@fasterpay.com.

I purchased the wrong item, how can I get a refund?

Please first contact the merchant directly regarding your refund. If you do not hear back feel free to email support@fasterpay.com.

Can I use my FasterPay Personal account from any country?

Yes, it is possible to use your account in any country but the US Sanctioned countries. These countries include: Afghanistan, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

FasterPay Passport is a digital identity platform that FasterPay uses to securely store and verify its merchants and users. Your FasterPay Passport account can be used to verify your identity all around the world and log into many different websites.

Do I need a FasterPay Passport to use FasterPay?

Yes. FasterPay Passport is necessary as the tool to identify and verify our merchants and users. Here you can store and verify all your documents in one location.

For quick and hassle free payments, please verify your FasterPay Passport by uploading your ID and proof of address within your FasterPay Personal account.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into your FasterPay Personal account.

  • Login to your FasterPay Personal Account.
  • Click Profile and Edit.
  • Scroll down to Change your Password.

My transaction was blocked due to suspicious behavior, what do I do?

If your transaction has been blocked, this can be due to many reasons but please don’t worry! To verify your payment method please email verifyme@fasterpay.com.

For smoother, hassle free payments, you should verify your FasterPay Passport. Go into your FasterPay account and verify your FasterPay Passport. This means uploading your ID and proof of address. Verified FasterPay Passports are much less likely to get payments blocked.

What are the charges for FasterPay?

Can I transfer funds to another FasterPay e-wallet?

Yes. From your FasterPay Business account you can complete B2B transfers to another FasterPay account.

How much is it to withdraw my money?

Withdrawals are €2.39 within Europe and €20 outside Europe.

What is the rolling reserve?

FasterPay fights your chargebacks on your behalf, therefore 5% of all transactions are held for 6 months.

How long does it take to withdraw the funds to my bank account?

In your FasterPay Business account the funds will move from the pending balance to the available balance 5-7 days after the transactions occur. Once the funds are in your available balance, you can click withdraw.

How to withdraw:

  • Login to your FasterPay Business account.
  • Click Balance and Withdrawals in the left tab.
  • Click Withdraw next to the available balance.
Can I process in USD and receive the money in EUR?

Yes, using FasterPay you can process in up to 20 currencies and exchange the money to your local currency for withdrawals.

Processing currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY.

How do I refund a payment?

You can easily refund a payment from your FasterPay Business account. This feature will automatically refund the payment to the user.

Does FasterPay accept merchants from any country?

FasterPay supports merchants from over 200 countries around the world. All countries EXCEPT the US Sanctioned countries are support. These countries include: Afghanistan, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
