Payments

I purchased credits from a merchant and I have not received any?

If you are experiencing missing or late delivery, feel free to contact us through support@fasterpay.com. For digital purchases, kindly check your website associated accounts, as items are usually sent there.

I purchased the wrong item, how can I get a refund?

Refund requests are subject to the website's approval, so kindly revert to them for fast assistance.

If you do not hear from the website, feel free to contact us. Please provide the refund reason and confirm your trial to reach out to them.

Refunds, to reflect in your account, would take 5–7 business days. It depends on your bank clearance time. If you face any difficulty, feel free to contact us through support@fasterpay.com.

Can I use my FasterPay Personal account from any country?

Yes, it can be possible to use your account in any country but the US sanctioned countries. These countries are Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Due to our bank partner's restrictions, some users may not be able to process card payments from the following countries: Bahamas, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, and Yemen.

Why was my payment unsuccessful?

Transactions can fail for several reasons. The most common factors that may challenge any payment process are as follows:

  • Incorrect credit/debit card details.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • Restrictions applied by your bank/financial institution.
  • Technical issues, glitches and connection difficulties.
  • 3DS verification failure due to:
    • You currently have a pop-up blocker installed that restricts the additional 3D secure page from opening. Please disable the pop-up blocker to be able to complete your payment.
    • Your bank is currently not enrolled in the 3D secure verification program. You will need to check with your issuing bank/ financial institution regarding enrolling OTP to your card.
How do I cancel recurring billing for a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, kindly contact us through support@fasterpay.com.

Please be noted that upon your contact, you will be provided with the subscription ID.

For refunds and subscription concerns, please get back to the website.

I was charged multiple times by FasterPay but I only paid once.

To help you with this, create an inquiry here https://www.fasterpay.com/contact-us or email us via support@fasterpay.com. Attach a screenshot of your statement showing the amount, date, and how many times you were charged.

It would also be helpful if you can provide the reference number for the charge.

What are the advantages of FasterPay E-wallet?

FasterPay is a global e-wallet solution that helps businesses expand globally and allows users to store and manage funds digitally. FasterPay allows customers the ability to complete online payments for goods and services from websites and mobile apps around the world.

Can I top up my FasterPay E-wallet with different currencies

Yes. FasterPay E-wallet allows you to top up your account using multiple currencies from your different bank accounts.

What are the E-wallet top-up fees?

There is a fee of 2.7% + 0.3 EUR associated with the top-up transaction.

How long does it take for my pending balance to become available?

The balance normally reflects immediately on the user's wallet balance.

In some cases the topped up balance may take 3–7 business days to become available according to currency and 3DS authentication.

What are the balance withdrawal fees?

The withdrawal fee for SEPA is 2.00 EUR and for SWIFT it is 10.00 EUR. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 10.00 EUR. You should receive the money in your bank account within a maximum of two (2) weeks, depending on your bank's processing time.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into your FasterPay Personal account.

  • Log in to your FasterPay Personal Account.
  • Click Profile and Edit.
  • Scroll down to Change your Password.
I have forgotten my login details, how can I access my account?

If you have forgotten your password, please click restore your password here. If you have forgotten your email address, please email support@fasterpay.com

You can also log in with the OTP option, we will send a verification code to your email or phone.

My transaction was blocked due to suspicious behavior, what do I do?

If your transaction has been blocked/account has been restricted, this can be due to many reasons. Don’t worry! To verify your payment please email verifyme@fasterpay.com.

For smoother, hassle-free payments, you should verify your FasterPay account.

This means uploading your ID and proof of address. Verified FasterPay accounts are much less likely to get payments blocked.

What are the charges for FasterPay?

Can I transfer funds to another FasterPay e-wallet?

Yes. From your FasterPay Business account you can complete B2B transfers to another FasterPay account.

What are the withdrawal fees with FasterPay?
  • SEPA withdrawals: 5 EUR.*
  • Non-SEPA withdrawals: 20 EUR.
  • To combine same day multicurrency withdrawals in one settlement: additional 20 EUR to withdrawal fees.**

* SEPA withdrawals are referred to Euro payments within SEPA countries and non-SEPA withdrawals for other cases.

** Your bank may apply conversion fees. Check with your bank for specific terms and conditions.

What is the rolling reserve?

FasterPay fights your chargebacks on your behalf, therefore 5% of all transactions are held for 6 months.

How long does it take to withdraw the funds to my bank account?

In your FasterPay Business account the funds will move from the pending balance to the available balance 5-7 days after the transactions occur. Once the funds are in your available balance, you can click withdraw.

How to withdraw:

  • Login to your FasterPay Business account.
  • Click Balance and Withdrawals in the left tab.
  • Click Withdraw next to the available balance.
Can I process in USD and receive the money in EUR?

Yes, using FasterPay you can process in up to 20 currencies and exchange the money to your local currency for withdrawals.

Processing currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY.

How do I refund a payment?

You can easily refund a payment from your FasterPay Business account. This feature will automatically refund the payment to the user.

Does FasterPay accept merchants from any country?

FasterPay supports merchants from over 200 countries around the world. All countries EXCEPT the US Sanctioned countries are support. These countries include: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Due to restrictions by our bank partners, some users may not be able to make card payments from the following countries: Bahamas, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Yemen.
