Introducing Chat on FasterPay

Introduction
We are excited to announce the introduction of the new Chat feature on our FasterPay App for both Android and iOS users. This feature makes it even more convenient for you to manage your financial transactions with friends and family, as you no longer have to switch between different apps to communicate and send money. With this new feature, managing your transactions has never been easier.
About the Feature
With the Chat feature, you can now sync your phone contacts and initiate messages to friends, making it easier to stay connected. You can also send money to your contacts while messaging, eliminating the need to switch between apps. This feature is designed to simplify the way you transact and communicate with your loved ones.
Sending a Message
To access this feature, make sure your app is up-to-date to the latest version and logged in. In the home screen, you will find the chat icon in the top-right corner and the chat window should open upon clicking that.
To initiate a new conversation, click on the + icon from the top-right bar. Enter the message and click on the paper rocket button. The message should be delivered to the user instantly.
You can also see the 2 check marks to verify if the message was read and delivered.
Sending Money
You can also send money to your contact by going inside the conversation and clicking on the Send button. It should now ask you the amount you wish to transfer. Make sure your account is funded with any of the 16 currencies.
Choose the currency and enter the amount. You can also choose any destination currency from the list and we will convert it on the fly for you!
